Hi, I’m Ashlyn.
I started photographing my own family because I was terrified of forgetting the ordinary days.
Now I do it for other people’s families, all around Hamilton — kitchen-floor mornings, walks at Dundurn, first weeks with a newborn when nobody has slept. I don’t ask you to pose or coordinate outfits. I ask you to be together, and I stay out of the way until something real happens.

We talk first
A short call or a few emails — who’s in the frame, what you’re hoping to remember, where it should happen.
We spend an hour or two together
Mostly walking, playing, being at home. Kids are allowed to be kids. Nobody has to look at the camera.
Your gallery, two weeks later
A private online gallery of edited photographs you can download, print and share with family.
Memories to share and cherish
